HIRE a little about hiring The Wedding Designer’s warehouse is an Aladdin’s cave of wonders! You will find items to help you furnish your next event whether it be a wedding, birthday, engagement party or corporate function. Our range is ever expanding and includes new, antique and custom designed pieces sourced from all over and produced on site, if we don’t have it, we might just be able to source it for you. Our hire period is from Wednesday to Wednesday allowing you extra time to pick up items yourself from our Georgetown warehouse, should you require delivery simply ask for this to be added onto your quote. Check out our hire catalogue on our website or call to book a time to visit our warehouse.

It may seem tempting but really consider if you want the responsibility of doing your own flowers. There is a lot of preparation, time, skill and effort involved and we’d rather you have less to worry about and time t o e n j oy t h e l e a d u p t o yo u r b i g d a y. Our floral designers are included in our TWD styling packages or can be b o o ke d i n d e p e n d e n t l y.
We c o u l d s p e n d o u r d a y s l o o k i n g at beautiful floral images on social media and we encourage you to find images you love but it can get overwhelming. Don’t forget inspiration can also come from other things like your grandmothers garden, fabric from your dress, your invitations or the location of your venue etc... this can help make it more personal than trying to replicate a single image.

Corporate styling for a pop up event held on Newcastle Harbour (Spring Racing Carnival).
The colour palette was kept to crisp white and navy blue.
Our cocktail and lounge style seating transformed the marquee for guests to enjoy drinks and canapes whilst watching the race on the big screen.
White florals filled the space in blue and white vessels, large foliage installations were suspended from the ceiling. Guests entered through a floral arch.

HOG WATTS event VENUE 48 watt st
It certainly took some TWD magic to transform 48 Watt St into a wizards wonderland for Harry Potter Fans lucky enough to attend the first Hog Watts event! The main hall was styled for a dramatic banquet feast, outside in the “alley” guests made the most of props for photo opportunities and the white hall was herbology themed. 242
The TWD graphics team worked on every detail from the map style menus to the large scale backdrops and hanging banners. Our Florals Team went wild in the ‘herbology room’ with potted plants, hanging installations, twisted branches, hand crafted mandrakes, seeds and potions filling the space.

Our Art Department is a creative hub within our warehouse. Our Graphic Design Team offer a diverse and extensive experience in magazines, print, online and photography just to name a few areas‌ We can assist you with signage or we can assist in creating an entire suite for your event. Our Graphics Designers are crucial contributors to our collective and their talents are included in our styling packages.
