THE STORY

A four-story, steel spiral staircase with an elevator inside? Check. Indoor glass climbing gym cantilevered over a ravine on the property? Check. A floating bridge connecting the main home to the guest house? Absolutely.

A 40-acre property with a linear, one-story home the size of a football field? Check, check, check.

Jones, Gasparik and Sapp are defining what’s possible in Park City, and doing it with a mind toward creativity and preservation of the land and its residents. “We’ve put the broker, architect and the builder all under one roof,” Sapp says.

“We can assist someone in buying land and building new, buying an existing home and tearing it down to start over, buying an existing home and renovating it … what we have is really unique and it’s something that’s never been done before in Park City.”

Sapp describes Park City as a “boom market,” where people from all over the country –California, Texas, New York, Florida – are drawn to the mountains as they create a new home.
