An ed-tech solution to bridge the gap of knowledge between fresh college graduates and what the job expectation.

PROBLEM IDENTIFIED

Exams and syllabus are not catered to the fast-paced changing and growing expectations that the job market demands. There needs an innovative solution that can help and update the current system forbetter recruits.

APPROACH

Interview the stakeholders from the education and the corporate recruiters and bring in a solution where there could be a collaborative effort to mitigate the gap thats been found and growing.

Turnaround software to capture & measure ground crew performance on turn tasks; device agnostic and using AI .

PROBLEM IDENTIFIED

The turnaround, inspite of being 100 years of aviation, hasn’t changed! It’s still done using papers and excel sheet- A pretty labourious process. Evey single saved on a turnaround can save $5-10 mil a year and adds to fleet utilization reduce costs.

APPROACH

Understanding the pain points of every single player in the involved in the process and to deliver the information that would allow the user to take an action that would help the process simpler and keep the system informed.

Fitness app for a fitness chain. A social app that would would create an ecosystem for the chain.

Create an eco-system for the fitness chain and to localize the market and create a holistic experience for the user.

APPROACH

There are a million apps in the market (Nike+, UA, adidas, etc) and so to create an app that would stand out should be social and should be what the users should care about. The research was mainly on what the users like around them and how to make their lives eaiser with workouts.
