GOLF CLUB DESIGN There are few things in life which can relax and aggrevate an individual at precisely the same moment as the game of Golf. Golf club design requires good aesthetic and an understanding of the weight distribution of golf club. The technologies used in the make-up of a strong club along with the manufacturing processes required to deliver an all around quality product can deliver a tool which can be greatly beneficial to its user. The majority of these designs consist of graphic, and hand sketching skills.

QUICK SKETCHING Iterations and quick hand drawings allow many combinations of forms, lines and materials. The use of pencil, pen, marker, and simple line drawings allow for a variety of different sketch styles and deliver preliminary outlines for final products.

Weighted Inserts

FINAL RENDERING Final renders deliver a 2D or 3D example of what the final design will portray. Using 2D line drawings allows for an accurate underlay to add color break-ups, emphasize contours, and give a realistic size and shape to the clubs. Hand and computer aided rendering softwares allow for a vivid and expressive view of the concept.

RESEARCH & SKETCHING A great deal of research goes into every shoe designed on the market. A Positioning Matrix allows designers to identify gaps in the market, they also aid designers in the designing of the shoe when comparing the shoes that already exist. A great deal of sketching is then done to figure out the style, structure and technological advances to further advance the engineering of the shoe.
