ABOUT GUNINA We are a young, energetic and experimental team of people intending to introduce authentic and quality Indian spices to millions of food lovers all over the globe. We firmly believe in combining the proven age-old traditional practices of spices production ensuring consistent flavor and aroma with modern techniques. Our foray in spice manufacturing was inspired by practical hands-on experiences while dealing with available options and their limitations along with the guidance of culinary stalwarts representing different generations. The team of experts guiding Gunina’s Spices have a zest for preparing specialty Indian and global cuisine. They are not only familiar with variety of spices and their effect but also experimental in trying them for delectable cuisines not thought of before. Your support and love for Gunina’s Spices shall see us grow in leaps and bounds in the near future. We aim to make in-roads in every Indian kitchen and our success would be defined more in terms of an individual's delight in appreciating the preparations made using our spices.

PRODUCTION The Company is incorporated under Indian Companies Act 1956 duly registered by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. It is in the process of setting up Automated Spices Processing Units initially for Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dry Coriander Powder and Indian Curry Powder to meet the demands in the Government Sector & the domestic market. Planning is under way to install automatic modernized Packaging Unit in consumer packs (Poly pouch in the same Factory Premises to tap the market under its own brand of “GUNINA”with “Agmark”/ ISI certification at the wholesale and retail level. The company aims to produce collectively 50 TPD. Units are likely to be commissioned by Mar 2014. The Company contemplates to explore possibility of export of all varieties of Spices to potential countries, once the Units are commercially put into operation.
PRODUCTS Red Chilli Powder: A perfect blend of colour and pungency, this pack contains fine-ground chilli powder that is carefully graded, hygienically ground and scientifically packed to retain the farm-fresh flavour. No artificial colour used. Turmeric Powder: A perfect blend of color and farm fresh flavor, this packet contains fine-ground turmeric powder which is carefully graded, hygienically ground and scientifically packed. No artificial colour used. Mix Garam Masala: Our Mix garam masala is a delight for food lovers. It is an instant favorite on recipes from Biryani to Pulav, Pav Bhaji to Parothas Kanda Lahsoon Masala: A delectable blend of choicest spices in the most authentic Kolhapuri style. Kanda Lasun Masala is used in preparation of spicy vegetable. In powdered form, the unique feature of this masala is its texture and color. Packing available in 5g, 20g, 50g, 100g, 200g, 500g and 1kg.
