My friend recently got his hands on an iPhone, but was skeptical about jailbreaking. He said "I've heard that all jailbreak software websites are scams". He stated that places online had told him that programs to break your mobile phone didn't even exist in reality, and the only way to really jailbreak was to pay a rogue geek. Today, I will be I want to dedicate this article to showing why that's not necessarily true an iPhone or iPad by hand requires going through tens of millions of lines of code. Usually, cartels of criminally insane hackers slave away for ages on developing a crack for every version of iOS that is made available from Apple. Even if you had instructions, you're facing a week's worth of toil. Millions of iPhone owners have cracked their iPhone or iPads as of today. Is it your belief that they all possessed the hacker acumen (and the ambition) to toil for days upon days reading through lines of arcane code, deep within their iPhone/iPad/iPod iOS, to unlock their iPhone or iPad? Are so many millions of people that much smarter than you? Or are they purchasing jailbreak software and cracking their cell phone in an automated fashion? If the latter is the case, then have you ever mulled over where they're obtaining the jailbreaking programs? Does it appear like magic on their computer? Or are they purchasing it from a website? If all websites selling applications to jailbreak your cell phone were scams, then not one single person would have a jailbroken iPhone/iPad/iPod except for a handful of elite geeks. Ok - 2nd point: Each web page that offers programs for unlocking is happy to accept. PayPal exists to make sure that you don't get scammed. If you purchase goods on the web with a company like PayPal, and the vendor steals the money you gave them or provides you merchandise or software that does not meet your demands, then you can get a refund through PayPal very easily - no questions asked. In the case that these jailbreak businesses were conning people, then everyone that they stole money from would be asking for refunds, and the sites would not make any coin. So, as this illustrates, they have no reason to defraud their clients. Does that make sense? Do you understand after reading this the reasons that 99.9% of all iGadget jailbreak software sites are on the up and up? It would not make financial sense for them to con people - they would not make any money!
