When I became pregnant last year, I was so nervous about putting on extra weight. I had been overweight most of my life, and while I was overjoyed about being pregnant, I was also extremely cautious about my weight gain. During pregnancy, I did everything right. I didn't drink, didn't smoke, and managed to eat fairly healthy. I still, however, put on 25 pounds. After I delivered my daughter I was overwhelmed to find that (gasp!) the pounds didn't just melt away. While I was exhausted all the time after my child was born (those 2 AM feedings are a killer!) I didn't feel as if I would ever go back to my pre-pregnancy body. I was so tired all the time and sluggish - I felt so NOT motivated at all. I was searching for anything that might help me, and get my motivation back on track. I was browsing online one night, and came across something that helped me tremendously. I highly recommend it. It's filled with information and facts for losing the baby weight, and also tips and tricks that I had never heard of before. I'm not one for specialty products, but I figured, what do I have to lose? It's the only thing that helped me after I had my daughter, and 5 months later I can fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans!
