Issue Nowadays many people from city have invested their homes in townlet or far from downtown because its cheaper and quieter than cities. The lack of response of buildings to the tropical climate in Indonesia causes the quality of living space to decline, and the typology of buildings is less modern or commonly seen.

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, it cannot be denied that a strong community is needed from the community level. The formation of a strong community requires a collaborative space as a forum for thoughts and ideas from the community for the advancement of the City of Bandung and the City Government of Bandung, especially the Territorial Elements of the City of Bandung. This collaborative space can take the form of a Co-Working Space.

According to a study conducted from the Harvard Business Review, people who work at the Co-Working Space have an average growth rate of 6 on a 7-point scale. This score is one point higher than the average score for employees who perform their jobs in a typical office.
