01 TIME - LAPSE | MOMENTARY RECORDING New Inc. Kinetic Facade Retrofit Manhattan, New York Fall 2017
In this new age of kinetic architecture this is an exploration of a faรงade system that acts in the way of a time capsule. The smaller units operate according to real time conditions; recording and displaying the results in the motion of the system while the larger units move accordingly to create and record moments in time, thus the people, the art, the memories of the moments become the artifacts left behind.

02 HISTORICAL ISLAND | BROOKLYN NAVY YARD Brooklyn, New York Spring 2017 Partner: Yagmur Ersayin
Taking a large scale look at the territory over its lifespan as a military yard, through times of wartime and peace, its boundaries have been in fluctuation, accounting for the changes in global political temperatures. So far to date, by utilizing existing buildings, the real estate management group has created densities of production types by the incorporating shared production tools. What is supported here is a continuation of the yard’s historically primary intent -which is to be a landscape of hyper-productivity.

03 THE GREENHOUSE | STRUCTURAL RIBCAGE warehouse and distribution center Dallas + Fort Worth, TX Fall 2016
The rarity of the site is that compared to its adjacencies it is flourished in an abundance of plant life. With the greenway intersecting the site and the river, extending the greenway to activate the site became the driving force for the design.

04 SEOUL STUDIO | COSMETIC URBANISM Seoul, South Korea Summer 2016 Partner: Yagmur Ersayin
The studio applies knowledge built from assimilating cultural differences such as diverse needs, values, behavioral forms, and social hierarchies to fully develop an understanding of cultural diversity, and more critically, build upon site specific urban informed, architectural knowledge. Learning from the city as a design precedent through using public architecture as a focus for evaluating the multivalent city to decipher codes as evidence into negotiable design criteria for future responsive specification.
