Michelangelo is a restaurant specializing in pasta, meat and fish. Their meals consist with the perfect seasoning, its plates are succulent. Recipe Majadito Ingredients: ½ pound of dried meat 1 liter of water 3 tablespoons oil 2 onions ½ tomato ¼ red pepper ½ teaspoon salt


½ teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon oregano 2 cups rice 6 cups water 1 tablespoon oil 5 eggs 3 green bananas

Preparation: Cook the jerky in a liter of water for half an hour. Remove jerky and crumble. In a hot pan with oil sautĂŠ the chopped onion and the tomato, add the chopped pepper and seasonings. Add the shredded meat and mix everything. In another skillet, toast the rice with oil. Put the rice with water and drowned in a pot to boil, mix and let boil on high heat for ten minutes.
