SNIPSA Impacting the Community

This year I went to a SNIPSA event. This was definitely my favorite event this year. The members were able to help SNIPSA get set up, take care of the dogs, walk the dogs, and make sure we are keeping the people and dogs safe throughout the day. I was able to help take care of the dogs and the people coming to visit them and I really did have a variety of emotions. The whole day was very fun you got to play with the cutest puppies and take care of them, but I also felt a lot of care. SNIPSA is doing this just because they care about the dogs and the people in our community. They not only rescue these puppies and get them a home in the meantime, but they also make sure they are healthy before they go to any permanent homes. To me this is all super important because these type of organizations give love and care to the community around them. We all know pets are one of the most important things in a person ' s life. They really are truly loved and being able to volunteer and see the magic happens behind the scenes truly puts things for me in a different perspective. These animals have gone through a lot and instead of just not caring for them SNIPSA makes sure they can end up getting a home. This affects our community in so many positive ways, they get to take home a safe animal, or they get to volunteer and feel good about doing good, also they get to just see everything happen. There were so many people around asking questions and supporting the volunteers and SNIPSA, it really proved to me that everyone together can create a lot of joy and love together. I want to be able to help out more so that I can see the smile on peoples faces when they go home with another miracle to love.
