• Six primary countries, with remote support to 19 others.
• Programmatic areas include public health, education, election monitoring, democracy and governance
• Consortium of five organisations in US and UK

• OneWorld UK focuses on the data and tech of the project
• Started in media for development, now focus primarily on ICT4D

DHS is USAID’s Demographic and Health Survey, which is usually conducted every 5 years in lower and middle income countries. It is a nationally representative household survey.
