Project Manager A global heavy industry is looking to hire a Project Manager. Functions and job characteristics:
Role * Lead, manage and control the engineering works required to return the treatment plant and site infrastructure to safe and efficient operating condition and expand it to the production capacity included in the feasibility study. * The works will be undertaken by contractors and vendors and in some cases employees. * The Project Manager will be accountable for the safety, quality, cost and schedule of the works.
Training * Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical or Mining Engineering and project management training * An absolute commitment to safety during the execution of the works * Advanced levels of computer literacy. * Ability to analyse data. * Ability to make decisions. * Organisational & Leadership skills * 10-15 years experience in heavy industry.
Languages * A high standard of written and oral communications skills including fluency in English and Spanish
