1982 Le Mans Porsche 936 Aluminum monocoque chassis, light alloy roll cage, triangulated tubular spaceframe support for engine, transmission and rear suspension. Tony Carolan (Past President) recieves caricature from Mark Horton Andrews

The showroom of Porsche Centre Brighton filled with PCV members gathered around bar tables talking and enjoying delicious finger food.
Members enjoyed the exotic display of vintage and modern cars. A surprise highlight was the rare Le Mans Porsche 956, with a torque power capable of moving tectonic plates and historically famous as the winning car in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1983, codriven by legendary, Vern Schuppan.
The simulators proved very popular both with spectators and drivers eager to experience racing a GT3 Cup Car and gain a place on the Seat Time challenger board. On hand to give helpful tips, were two experienced motorsport drivers, Courtney Price and Carter Fox.
