Comments of interns from NPS “Well, what exactly can I say? The only thing which is coming up in my mind is that AIESECers are great, positive and pro-active people. I`ve never seen before such a dinamic and smiley people working together. They helped me very much, especially OGX VP LC SU Tsvetelina Aleksandrova who was supporting me all the time, no matter what time of the day is it. They make me feel like wherever I go I will never feel alone and they encourage me to develope myself. I guess this is the main reason why I like AIESEC.” “The greatest think was the possibility to help children from violent families, to organize them some time and influence them a little bit. The secont greatest thing was meeting with the another culture, knew another folks, life attitude, etc.”
“All the aiesec team in Varna were great, they were trying to help us as much as possible.” “As far as my experience during my internship, it was incredible.I never thought that delve into features of another culture is so fascinating. A "culture shock" is the first words that come to my mind in recalling about Bulgaria. I spent time with the benefit of themselves and helped kiddies get our positive emotions. Special thanks to all who participated in organizing the of our free time and traveling around Bulgaria (it's Bobby Georgiev & Georgi Katermov). Thanks AIESEC Plovdiv for perfectly job done, guys, u a super =) “
“Living abroad with foreigners and not using your native language, talking about your differences and similarities, getting used to different habits - that's where you get Crosscultural understanding & awareness. Your personal development depends on you. Nobody will force you to develop yourself. However, being open person and prepared to learn a lot - that will change your personality. What is more, the best part is becoming friends with local @'ers. They hang out with you, chat, provide interesting information and opportunities. If the hosting LC welcomes you properly you'll be thankful for them all your life. This is one of the key points if you want to have successful GCDP.”
