BIOGRAPHY

New Media Artist, Double O Roos a.k.a. R.E. van der Jagt, delivers as an artist, illustrator, painter and musician to create spectacular digital artworks which come to life in an instant. For over 20 years, multimedia artist Double O Roos has been creating visuals for video performances, events and interactions. Her unique approach and creativity with graphic media, film and music interaction, creates bespoke products for audio visual videos. With a solid knowledge and understanding of the latest Audio-Visual systems and programs, She is able to deliver stunning, live, mixed-media experiences. Her short film "In Memoriam Hotel Central" was screened during the International Film Festival Rotterdam as did her short film production "The Core" for Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival in 2017.

Ambassador during IFFR 2023

I am one of six IFFR Ambassadors Rotterdammers who, throughout the festival, I will use my creative competencies to produce IFFR-related content for a diverse, local crowd. Each ambassador will create new, original, and engaging content (such as film tips, interviews, Instagram posts, and vlogs) that will bring together their unique style with the experience of IFFR.
