DRAWER CONSTRUCTION Each Matco drawer is made of 3 parts with a total of 20 bends per drawer. Every bend adds strength and rigidity to the drawer to handle the toughest of loads.

WELDING PROCESS Matco uses strategically placed resistance welds to bond all of the parts of the toolbox case together resulting in excellent structural integrity and strength in every Matco toolbox.

REINFORCED BOTTOM Each Matco toolbox has a 16 gauge bottom pan with 14 gauge channels that run the full width of the case to provide support for the casters.

REINFORCED TOP SURFACE Each Matco toolbox has a 16 gauge top shelf with 16 gauge channels that run the full width of the case to distribute loads and reinforce the work surface.
