Chris D Aechter Oct 14 , 2010 Photographic Memories *A Hunting* A chilly overcast day, A penumbral symphony of grey. Stopped at an intersection waiting for the light to change. There she stood, Captured in photographic memories. Hunted flares danced in her eyes as our gaze held. She was on the outside looking in. Her fire didn’t quite ignite my libido, But something even deeper, More meaningful, More innocent and nurturing. The light changed, Changing possible outcomes As I continued up the road. My collection “Grey Memory” is inspired by this poem above by Chris D Aechtner. The concept of my collection is about old memories. Despite broken and old it still has the sensation of the beauty. I was looking through old grey photographs and things that reminds of past memories to be inspired. I am also taking my idea forward from my previous project “Broken Beauty” My color pallet is grey and I decided to choose because it best describes my concept for this project which is about old memories and quiet relate to my color pallet from broken beautiful project which had a rusty and dusty shade of colors. For the fabric I was determine to find some thing with texture to it because the sensation bit of my project is touch and feel. I am working with corduroy and fleece fabric and of course they both have an interesting texture and feel to it. And I will definitely be working with PVC fabric doing some cutouts detailing. I have also used some interesting plastic material which has a rubbery feel to it. For fastenings I have used curtain clip which works perfectly in my garment. It gives modern/ contemporary look to my garments. The overlook of the silhouette are mix of a structural and lose fitted garments which will be perfect for autumn winter. These outfits are put together to portray the identity of my ideal customer but one can even style the pieces individually . My ideal lady for this collection is very creative and innovative. She is sometimes lost in her daydream to make something very big for real world. She is a workaholic and her mind is creative 24/7

Jade Barcena is a geougeous 35 year old lady. Currently living alone in Hammersmith London in a 2 bed room flat. She is a mix race, her mother is spanish and dad french. She is a fashion photographer and she prefers to shoot outdoor. She is quite often traveling to find locations for her photoshoot and also visiting her family both in Spain and France. Her salary is ÂŁ55,000 per yer and also comes from a rich family background. As she is travelling a lot her wardrobe is simple and full of easy peices. She has one or , two statement piece becauase she likes people to note her presence. Normally she shops in Jigsaw, COS, Mango, American Apperel and Urban Outfitters. Her favorite designer brands are Acne, Chanel, Celine, Balmain. She is a free sprit traveling alone She is always reading fiction novels while trveling and getting lost in her imignation which is then transformed into her work. What makes her stand out is her work and inovative sense of fashion.
