Hopefully the management decided to provide fully computerized services that will booster services of the industry.  Officers of the desk, where workload is very high, hardly get the chance to go out for development purpose and always feel that their duties for the organization.  Management decision is very quick.  Employee is too much proportional.  Everybody is high qualified.  Marketing department & sales department are highly qualified.  Factory Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Production in Charge and all other stuffs have specific responsibility for the implementation of the policy in their respective areas.  The products are having clean superiority in appearance performance, workmanship and life/durability.



  15. Recommendations: In this part we have tried to come up with a number of recommendations pertinent to the overall performance of the company. These recommendations are based on the research/analysis. 
