Rosedale Hotel Kowloon’s in house fire safety team has been awarded a Commendation Certificate from the Hong Kong Hotels Association, recognizing the professionalism and team spirit it manifested in a recent fire incident.
Rosedale Hotel Kowloon and Rosedale on the Park jointly organized a bowling competition in August with 22 staff members participating. After rigorous competition, the Group Trophy was awarded to Rosedale Hotel Kowloon while the individual prize went to Director of Rooms, Mr. Frankie So (left six).

Hotel internship during the 2013 Fall Canton Fair 2013 年秋交會實習生培訓 Rosedale Guangzhou maintains a steadfast commitment to grooming new blood for the hotel industry. During the 114th Fall Canton Fair period, the Hotel took in 39 interns from various vocational institutes in Shaoqing and Guangdong. The HR Department worked closely with the various departments to assemble a lineup of training modules for the interns, including induction training, job-specific skills training, and English-language training. The aim was to familiarize newcomers with the Rosedale culture and prepare them for a future career in the hotel and hospitality sector. 廣州珀麗一直致力培育酒店新人才，於第 114 屆廣州交易會 期間，共招待了 39 名分別來自肇慶及廣東各地多間職業學院 之實習生，並與酒店員工一起努力進行接待工作。人力資源 部則聯同各部門開展了一系列內容豐富、形式多樣的培訓， 包括入職培訓、崗位技能培訓、英語培訓等。讓大家在培訓 中熟悉企業文化、做好充足準備。

Mid-Autumn Festival’s Care and Share Activities 中秋節愛心活動回顧 Shortly before the Mid-Autumn Festival this year, hotel delegates visited the Children’s Hope Family and gave 24 boxes of Rosedale mooncakes, along with greetings and best wishes to the children there. Hotel Supervisor Skills Training 酒店督導技能培養 (SSS) 培訓 The hotel carried in house supervisory skills training from September 28th to 30th, targeting its supervisor-grade staff and other employees with supervisory potential. The event was divided into three main parts, including "Being a Supervisor", "The Art of Leadership", and "Time Management". Participants responded enthusiastically to the training, especially in the interactive sessions. The courses ended with a presentation of attendance certificates to all participants.
