other power tools. Sharpen lawn mower blades, change oil, spark plugs, and filters. Windows - clean away the winter muck from your windows so you can see the beautiful yard you just cleaned up! Clutter - donate or discard old items laying around your yard, like old planter pots you no longer use, a broken water hose, or other items that could be a habitat for snakes, mice and other unwanted critters.

Spring Cleaning If you’re anything like me, you have a spring cleaning list about a mile long! You know, all those things that you meant to get to all year long but kept saying, I’ll get when the weather warms up … well, the weather has finally warmed up and it’s time to tackle that list. Here are some things you may want to consider when spring cleaning: Mailboxes - you know, that thing at the end of your driveway that probably could use a little straightening, cleaning, paint touch-up or maybe it’s on it’s last leg and it’s time to replace it. If you need a new mailbox, post, tube or all the above, just call the POA Office and we will be happy to help you. Shrubs and flowerbeds - this is a great time to prune away dead branches to make room for new growth. Clean up and remove weeds around flower beds and freshen up your pine straw or mulch. Fences - patch or replace rotted or broken fence posts. Powerwash - powerwash to remove algae, mold, pollen and dirt from your home, garage, fence and driveway. Yard - rake up and remove yard debris such as pine cones, tree limbs, and leaves. Aerate your lawn if it didn’t get done in the Fall. Check your tools - This is a good time to tune up your lawnmower and

Gutters - Clear debris from rain gutters

Belly Dancing Belly Dancing class will be on Thursday, April 25 instead of Tuesday, April 23 due to a Board Work Session at Colleton Point.

Weekly Reminders ●Dumping debris and tree branches on golf course property or common area property is not allowed. If you have a landscaping company please remind them that they must haul away their yard debris. Dumping on golf course or common areas is not in compliance with the Rose Hill covenants and is subject to a $200 fine. ●Horse trails are for horse back riding. I know some people like to walk their dogs on the horse trails, however; dogs can spook horses and this could lead to possible injury of a horseback rider. ●Don’t forget your doggy bags when you leave to take your 4-legged friend for a walk. ●Watch your speed. The speed limit is 25 mph unless otherwise posted.
