Board of Directors Interest Forms If you are interested in serving on the Rose Hill Board of Directors in 2020, please fill out the attached interest form (also found on the website) and return it to Crystal at the POA Office or email crystal@rosehillpoa.com. Board Members serve 3-year terms. This year there are 3 positions that are up for election. Board Members are required to attend monthly Board Meetings and Work Sessions. Board Meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm and Work Sessions are typically held the 3rd Monday of each month at 4:30pm. Thank you for your interest in serving your community by volunteering on the Rose Hill Board of Directors.

Bluffton Christmas Parade Please join the Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 7th for the Annual Town of Bluffton Christmas Parade. The Parade is happening rain or shine so please be prepared for the elements. Parade begins at 10 a.m. Streets will begin closing at 8 a.m. The parade ends at the intersection of Pin Oak St., and 8th Ave. Call (843) 706-4500 or go to townofbluffton.sc.gov

Santa Clause Really Is Coming To Bluffton! Bluffton Fire is proud to announce that Santa has yet again asked for our help in showing him around the Bluffton area before Christmas. Here is everything you need to know!

TOY DRIVE!!!! Please drop off an unwrapped gift to Oak Terrace. We will be collecting them December 3rd – 13th. Let’s help put some smiles on some faces this Christmas Season!!!


Rose Hill 1st Annual Elf on the Shelf Please see the attached flyer for the 1st Annual Rose Hill Elf on the Shelf Golf Tournament! Saturday, December 7th at 9:AM.

Caring Neighbors CPR Class Caring Neighbors, a Rose Hill Plantation based charity, will host a CPR class for Rose Hill Residents and friends on Thursday, January 23, at Colleton Point. Class will run from 9am - 11am. The Family and Friends CPR class will be taught by Randy with the Bluffton Fire Department. The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. A minimum of 7 people must be signed up to reserve the instructor. Class size will be limited to 15 people so that all will have time to learn. When Caring Neighbors hosted CPR classes previously the class filled up very quickly, so sign up soon. Upcoming Oak Terrace Events Keith Klaiber will be playing on Wednesday, December 4th from 5:30-8:30PM. Please see the attached flyer for the New Years Eve Celebration at Oak Terrace.

Youth Christmas Party Mark your calendars for the Youth Christmas Party on Sunday, December 15th From 3-5:30PM at Colleton Point. There will be crafts, a cookie swap, care tins, and hay ride caroling on both sides of the community!
