Board of Directors Interest Forms If you are interested in serving on the Rose Hill Board of Directors in 2020, please fill out the attached interest form (also found on the website) and return it to Crystal at the POA Office or email crystal@rosehillpoa.com. Board Members serve 3-year terms. This year there are 3 positions that are up for election. Board Members are required to attend monthly Board Meetings and Work Sessions. Board Meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm and Work Sessions are typically held the 3rd Monday of each month at 4:30pm. Thank you for your interest in serving your community by volunteering on the Rose Hill Board of Directors.

Christmas Party and Caroling Rose Hill Christmas Party on Sunday, December 15th From 3-5:30PM at Colleton Point. There will be oyster crafts, a cookie swap, care tins,and hay ride caroling on both sides of the community!

Santa Claus Is Coming To Rose Hill! Bluffton Fire Department will be escorting Santa through Rose Hill on December 12th!

Between 6-8PM!

120th Adubon Christmas Bird Count in Rose Hill Rose Hill will be participating in the 120th Audubon Christmas Bird Count on Tuesday, December 17th. Participation can be done on two levels. A group of us will tour Rose Hill counting the birds we see, while others can count from feeders in their own back yards. All are welcome to participate. Plantation Voice Caring Neighbors CPR Class Caring Neighbors, a Rose Hill Plantation based charity, will host a CPR class for Rose Hill Residents and friends on Thursday, January 23, at Colleton Point. Class will run from 9am - 11am. The Family and Friends CPR class will be taught by Randy with the Bluffton Fire Department. The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. A minimum of 7 people must be signed up to reserve the instructor. Class size will be limited to 15 people so that all will have time to learn. When Caring Neighbors hosted CPR classes previously the class filled up very quickly, so sign up soon. Upcoming Oak Terrace Events ●Mike Bagenstose playing Wednesday, December 11th from 5-8 pm, solo acoustic, a variety of selection from the 60's to modern, pop, country,anything and everything. ●Oak Terrace will be closed on Saturday, December 14th for a private event. ●New Years Eve Celebration December 31st from 5-10PM. Colleton Point Reminders for Rentals and Community Functions Please remember to clean up after your functions, activities , and rentals. The thermostats are set remotely. If the temperature needs to be adjusted, please contact the POA office. Thank you!
