Gate Arm Back in Service! We are pleased to announce, since last weekend, the South Side Gate Arm has been operational.

Hargray & Spectrum The Board has received a term sheet from Hargray and they are still waiting to hear back from Spectrum. Many have asked about the terms of the proposals. Due to this being a competitive bidding process, we are not at liberty to share the details of the proposals, yet. Thank you for your understanding.

We Need Your Ballot! We have received quite a few ballots, however; we still need many more. Please send your ballot back to the POA Office in the self addressed, stamped envelope provided. If you lost the envelope our address is 1 Rose Hill Way, Bluffton, SC 29910. You are welcome to drop your ballot off in the ballot box at the POA Office during regular business hours.

Thank you Sean & Iain of Custom Audio Video A big thank you to Sean & Iain of Custom Audio Video for taking their time to speak to Rose Hill Residents about “cutting the cord” this afternoon. We had a full-house with standing room only! We hope that you were able to take away some useful information from the class. Sean and Iain will be providing a link to their presentation soon. Once we have that link, it will be posted on the member’s website. Thank you all who attended. We look forward to many more exciting events in the future.
