The June Board Meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4, 6:30pm at Colleton Point Pavilion.

It’s been said before and many of you have complied by leasing a second kayak space for your second kayak. Unfortunately, we still have a few lessees that are double stacking. Below are the leased spaces that are double stacking and need to make alternative storage arrangements for their additional kayaks.

Even though it is still technically Spring, it certainly feels like Summer. The kids are out of school, the weather is nice and the temperatures are soaring into the high 90’s. It seems that the place to be to cool down is at the Rose Hill Pools. There are a few things we would like to remind residents of while enjoying their time at the pool. 1.

Parents, please remind children who are visiting the pool without an adult that appropriate pool behavior is . We have recently witnessed teenagers throwing pool furniture into the pool while their friends are sitting/laying on the furniture. We’ve also had issues with foul language and discourteous behavior to other pool attendees. This conduct is extremely dangerous and infringes on the enjoyment of others . There are no lifeguards on duty and the use of the pool is at your own risk.

2. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. 3. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by someone 16 years or older. 4. Alcoholic beverages, food and glass containers are prohibited within the pool enclosure. 5. Audio equipment must be used with earphones. 6. Have fun and be mindful of those around you.

Attention all golfers! For those of us in Rose Hill who golf on a regular basis, it is a well known fact that our course has come a long way! It is a pleasure to spend time enjoying well groomed fairways, and greens......something we'd had been longing for, for quite some time. Kudos to Andy Stephens, who not only manages our course but has "managed" to bring it back to life! Hiring new groundskeepers, a great pro, courteous bag handlers and pro shop assistants.... all coming together to create an amazing club and course! Thank you to all the golfers who, like me, "stuck it out" and had faith that our beautiful course would make a comeback! It has! For those of you who are infrequent golfers, and those who are just curious and are considering taking the sport up, please consider checking out Rose Hill. It really has so much to offer. The golf pro is available to give both private or group lessons, the staff is kind and courteous, our course beats none with it's natural beauty, and we have fantastic18 hole men's and women's leagues as well as a welcoming ladies 9 hole league! For more info please contact Andy or DaWayne at our pro shop at 843-757-9030 or stop in, and check out the shop, located in our new clubhouse. Judi Rodgers, RoseHill's Rosebuds President (9 hole ladies league)

Because of record heat and no rain, water demand is very high in the mornings. Please minimize irrigation from 4 to 9 am UNTIL IT RAINS. Customers may be experiencing low water pressure due to high demand. Thank you for your cooperation. For more information, go to www.bjwsa.org.

When using Rose Hill amenities, please understand that you are using them at your own risk. If you have something stolen or damaged, please contact Security right away so they can make a report. The POA is not responsible for stolen or damaged property. Thank you for understanding.
