Monday, March 18, 2019 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR Tomorrow, TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2019, 6:30PM AT THE NEW CLUBHOUSE

We Need Your Ballot! According to the Election Committee, we need approximately 106 more ballots to make quorum! Please drop off your ballot to the POA Office or email it to crystal@rosehillpoa.com. Thank you!! Storage Area At past Board Meetings residents have voiced their concerns about items of poor condition being stored at the storage facility. The Board heard these concerns and implemented some changes to help cut back on residents storing broken down and dilapidated boats, trailers, and other equipment in highly sought after storage spaces. The Board looked at other facilities for comparison and after doing so determined that Rose Hill storage rates were extremely low. That would explain the 3 year waiting list for a space! No storage rate increases have occurred in at least 10 years! You can expect changes in storage rates and the insurance policy. Please see the attached letter Storage Renewal Letter for details on rates, lease terms and insurance requirements.

Rose Hill Movie-Goers If you haven't yet seen the Best Movie Oscar winner this year, do yourself a favor and make time to see "Green Book" tomorrow, March 19. Afternoon times are 12:40 and 3:50 at Cinemark Bluffton on Buckwalter. Rotten Tomatoes gives it 78%, iMDb 8.3/10. It stars Vigo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali. African-American pianist, Don Shirley, is going to give concerts in the deep south in 1962. He needs a driver and chooses Tony Lip, an Italian American from the Bronx. The two develop an unexpected bond.

Kayak Storage For safety reasons, please ONLY store 1 kayak per kayak rack space. If you have more than 1 kayak you will need to lease additional space on the kayak rack. If you currently have more than 1 kayak in your spot, please remove the 2⠿ य kayak at your earliest convenience.

Pools Open April 6 All Rose Hill Pools will open on Saturday, April 6.
