1 य य Quarter Dues There are still unpaid 1 य य quarter assessments. It happens to the best of us, we sit down to pay bills and someone distracts us or we write out a check, put it in the envelope, stamp it and then leave it in our car for a month! Please check to see if you paid your 1 य य quarter assessment and if you find that you have overlooked it, please make a payment as soon as possible. Late fees are being applied and we don’t want any resident to fall behind. As a reminder, if you need to set up special payment arrangements to pay your assessments, Crystal will be happy to assist you. Simply call 843-757-2450 or email her at crystal@rosehillpoa.com

We Could All Use a Little More Patience We could all use a little more patience, especially in the fast-paced world we live in. Think about it for a minute. Our time is precious and we are all trying to fit 25 hours into a day. We want instant gratification and want things without waiting. We expect packages delivered the same day. We expect to have self-checkout if the lines are long. We have food delivered to us already pre-cut so that we can get a meal cooked 10 minutes faster. We can even have a book read to us or summarized for us so that we don't have to read them. I admit, I am guilty as charged! This has probably lead us to a life where we have very little patience. Recently, we have received calls and emails regarding residents becoming irate with their neighbors, usually over something very insignificant. We’ve even received reports of residents threatening other residents for not yielding the right a way or for parking on the shoulder or a number of other minor inconveniences. Maybe it is time we slow down and practice a little patience. Let’s treat our neighbors the way we would like to be treated. Just maybe we would be less stressed and more mindful of the things that stress us out. If that leads to being happier then isn't it worth trying?
