Hargray would like to clear up some questions regarding your Rose Hill Franchise Fee on your Hargray bill. Many residents said they would like to see the franchise fee payment done away with and lower prices. Hargary took note, and has been working to make this franchise fee no longer show on your bill. These codes take months to finish for a community of this size, as each home has a separate address and will need a separate code for this to happen globally. With that being said, we are pleased to announce that these codes have just been finished. Starting in November you will no-longer see the Rose Hill Franchise Fee charge on your Hargray Bill. If you have any questions they can be reached at:Yourcommunity@htc.hargray.com.
