iRtrDdUGtiDR M ore Bible Puzzles: Seek and Find

is a collection of word search puzzles based on favorite stories from throughout the Bible, both Old and New Testaments. The puzzles - with their triple challenges - are an enjoyable way to learn more about important events in the Bible. The secret phrases were chosen to show that the Old and New Testaments complement one another. These word searches make a good teaching resource. They provide an incentive for members of a class to study God's Word. They are great for individual enjoyment, too.

THREE CHALLENGES 1. Find the hidden words. Key words from well-known Bible stories are hidden in each puzzle. A hidden word may be spelled in any direction: up, down, left, right or diagonally. Some hidden words may cross one another and share words. As you find a word, draw a line through it in the puzzle grid and mark it from the word list. 2. Discover the secret phrase. The secret phrase is spelled out with the letters left over after you have found the hidden words. Write the unused letters in the blanks to discover the secret phrase. 3. Recall the Bible story. Use the hidden words and secret phrase to help you bring out the important ideas in the Bible story. Reading down each column and then across will give the words in the order in which they appear in the Bible story. Scripture references are provided for all puzzles and for the secret phrases. (You may want to read the passages in your Bible to recall the stories in detail.)

The New International Version (NIV) of the Bible is used for these puzzles.

Enjoy!
