Oil dumper slips up after being caught on CCTV A MAN from Dunstable has been fined more than £2,450 after being caught on CCTV flytipping used motor oil and engine oil filters in French’s Avenue, Dunstable. David Roe of hurlock Close, Dunstable was caught after a business based in French’s Avenue got in touch with Central Bedfordshire Council to say that they had film evidence of the flytipping. Council officers reviewed the CCTV footage, which revealed that the waste was illegally flytipped from a vehicle driven by Mr Roe. When interviewed, Mr Roe confirmed that he recognised the waste and that he had fly-tipped on two separate occasions. he also said that he had fly-tipped around seventy 20-litre containers from August to December 2017 outside the council’s household Waste Recycling Centre in French’s Avenue. Mr Roe, who works as a mobile car service engineer, moved to Dunstable in August 2017. When he visited the council’s tidy tip in French’s Avenue, he was told that they could not allow disposal of this type of waste.
Despite the warning, Mr Roe continued to try and dispose of his business waste and would leave the motor oil and filters outside the tidy tip gates. Mr Roe attended Luton Crown Court in January 2019, and was found guilty and fined a total of £2,453. Jeanette Keyte, head of Community Safety, Parking and Programmes at Central Bedfordshire Council, said: “Fly-tipping is a selfish crime that affects everyone, and costs local tax payers thousands of pounds to clear up every year. “In this particular case, the potential environmental risk posed by the abandoned waste could have had a catastrophic effect if the liquid had leaked into the surrounding countryside. “Dumping waste in this way is hugely irresponsible. Mr Roe had an obligation to his customers, who had paid him to dispose of their waste correctly. By bringing this case to prosecution, we have shown that we will take action against any business that illegally disposes of their waste. “We would like to sincerely thank the local business who supplied us with the CCTV evidence which assisted us in securing this prosecution.”
Government boost for Biggleswade station The Government has announced that Biggleswade Station will receive a share of £300m of funding to improve accessibility. The new funding will help thousands of people every day in North east Bedfordshire use trains more easily to get to work, to access vital services, to travel across the country, and to visit family and friends. This follows an extensive campaign, over many years, which culminated in local stakeholders preparing a bid in 2018, supported by Alistair Burt MP and backed up with individual representations from almost 100 constituents and a petition submitted by the Bedfordshire Rail Access Network campaign group. North east Bedfordshire MP Alistair Burt said: “I am absolutely delighted that the Government has chosen Biggleswade Station to
receive this funding. Local campaigners have worked tirelessly for years drawing attention to the struggles faced by those who have difficulties using the station. This funding will help to create an obstacle free, accessible route from the station entrance to the platform. “There is well evidenced support from the community for these proposals, and I will work with the Council, Govia Thameslink and campaigners to ensure the plans are made public as soon as possible so that station users will have a chance to be involved in their development.” Nusrat Ghani, Transport Minister, said: “everyone should be able to access our rail network and I am pleased to announce that Biggleswade will now become a fully accessible station in the next stage of the programme.”

The part that Luton Town fans have played in the football club’s successes over the past year must not be underestimated.
That’s the view of hatters chief executive Gary Sweet, who this week praised the “passion and patience” of supporters during the long process before plans for Power Court and Newlands Park were given the green light by Luton Council.
Sweet made his comments in his introduction to the season ticket brochure for the 2019-20 campaign.
by GEOFF COX
he wrote: “As I’m writing this there are just a handful of league games remaining this season. “There’s still a way to go until we all find out whether we will be playing football in League One or the Championship next season,

Campaign group Save Our Town is furious that someone stole the centrepiece of artist Sophie gresswell’s incredible Still eye Rise artwork at the power in paint project at power Court last week. a spokesman said: “So listen, this is YOUR TOWn. This art project stands for more than pretty pictures on unsightly blue boards at power Court, which will one day be the new home of Luton Town Football Club. “This is about Lutonians, getting behind the place, backing it 100 per cent and helping to change perceptions of our town. We need to stand up against people that would steal our art and steal our heart.” But Sophie said she was not disheartened by the theft, and she replied: “ i know some of you may have heard

24 Hours in Police Custody shines the spotlight on drug dealers BeDFORDShIRe Police have issued a fresh reminder about tackling the supply of illegal drugs highlighted in ‘24 hours in Police Custody’ shining the spotlight on a multi-million pound drugs operation. Paul Prescott was jailed for two years and two months in September 2017 after nearly 700 kilogrammes of Class B drugs – amphetamine, herbal cannabis and cannabis resin – was discovered en route to a warehouse in Sandy. Last Monday’s episode of the popular Channel 4 programme charts how Bedfordshire Police worked with uK Border Force in the investigation, as well as sending officers to Manchester Airport to arrest Prescott, 55, who is originally from Liverpool. It comes amid a number of recent high profile cases of serious violence fuelled by competition between rival drugs gangs in Bedfordshire. Last month five gang members in Bedford were jailed for 79 years over a spate of violence including kidnap and
grievous bodily harm, a serious stabbing and a drive-by shooting. The judge in the case said the gangs “were at war” with one another over the trade of Class A and Class B drugs. Judge Nigel Lithman QC added: “The defendants have been involved in the worst blight upon life in this country, involving the toxic combination of gang association and the use of knives and guns in pursuit of their rivalry in the course of the drugs trade.” Also in March, three men from Luton were also jailed over a drive-by shooting in hockwell Ring, Luton. Judge Barbara Mensah said the incident showed that “dealing in drugs is an evil business.” Detective Chief Superintendent Mark Lay oversees our response to serious and organised crime, and also holds senior roles on a number of national bodies looking to tackle drugs. he said: “Drugs continue to be the principal driver of serious violence in our communities. People may think drugs, particu-
Drugs dogs search visitors to Luton Crown Court
COuRT users and other visitors to Luton Crown Court have all been searched by drugs dogs as part of a multi-agency operation. everyone entering the court on Wednesday, April 3, was searched by specialist search dogs supplied by hM Prison Service. The operation was part of ongoing efforts to clamp down on the smuggling of drugs and other illegal items into prison. More than 100 staff and visitors were searched throughout the day. The searches were supported by hM Prison Service staff, Serco and Bedfordshire Police, as well as hM Courts and Tribunals Service and the judiciary. The searches by the dogs found no one to be carrying any illegal items. PC Chris hawkes, Bedfordshire Police’s Luton Crown Court liaison officer, said: “We know that criminals are creative and brazen when it comes to getting contraband into prison. “The operation sends a strong message that we will pool our efforts and resources to stop these illegal items being smuggled into those already behind bars. “I was delighted to have support from all the agencies involved in securing the prison, and we will continue to run similar operations to ensure this sort of criminal activity has no place in our courts.” Chris hodkinson, Serco contract director for prisoner escorting and custody, added: “We are delighted to work with the prison service and the police to support their efforts to stamp down on the smuggling of drugs and other illegal items into prisons.
larly those of Class B, are low risk, but their supply is inextricably linked to these outbursts of violence and the funding of organised crime. “highly addictive substances such as heroin and crack cocaine are the principal commodities for county lines, where Bedfordshire faces issues in terms of drugs gangs coming into the county as well as being exported into other areas. “Vulnerable drug users are subject to incidents of financial and sexual exploitation, as well as cuckooing. We are seeing increasingly younger children becoming involved in drug dealing, and a surge in drugs related gang violence within our county. “That’s why it is so important we and other law enforcement agencies continue to investigate
major figures involved in the supply of drugs.” In little over a month towards the end of 2018, major drug dealers operating in Bedfordshire were jailed for almost 160 years as a result of investigations by ourselves and the eastern Region Special Operations unit (eRSOu). In 2018 the force seized almost £1 million of illegal drugs from dealers. As part of these 156 drug trafficking cases police also seized more than £160,000 in cash. They also worked with eRSOu to seize around £250,000 in criminal cash from across Bedfordshire. Much of this money will be reinvested in tackling their priorities, as well as funding regional and national law enforcement.
Counterfeit goods seller in the dock
A MAN from Dunstable has been ordered to pay over £6,500 this month after selling unsafe and fake products to his customers. Mr Dean Dovey aged 27 from hadrian Avenue, Dunstable was caught after Luton Council got in touch with Central Bedfordshire Council’s Trading Standards Team to inform them about a tip off that they had received regarding products Mr Dovey was selling on an online auction site. Central Bedfordshire Council investigated by reviewing the items for sale and undertaking test purchases on those that were suspected to be either unsafe or counterfeit. This resulted in a warrant being carried out where 3097 items were seized. Mr Dovey appeared at Luton Crown Court on 12 March and entered a guilty plea to 13
offences. he was ordered to pay costs of £6851 and complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12months. Susan Childerhouse, Assistant Director of Public Protection and Transport at Central Bedfordshire Council said: “The counterfeiting of goods is dishonest and puts our residents at risk of harm from potentially dangerous products. It also undermines the rights of legitimate businesses and impacts on the local economy. “The safety of the residents of Central Bedfordshire is our priority and shutting down any business that sells fake or dangerous products ensures that unsuspecting shoppers are no longer at risk. “We hope this conviction acts as a warning to others that the sale of illegal goods will not be tolerated.”
but either way, I’m sure you will agree that the 2018-19 campaign has been one of, if not the most memorable, in recent decades. “On the pitch, the team have gone about their business with passion and style once again this season, clocking up over two points per game along with scoring almost two goals per game and conceding less than a goal per game which is a sure-fire recipe for success and makes wonderful reading. “Mick harford humbly took the reins in January and has been faultless in his execution resulting in an amazing long-standing, record-breaking consecutive run of unbeaten games. We should extend our thanks and gratitude to Mick for the incredible job he has achieved. Whichever division we’re in we head into a new and exciting era with the appointment of a new manager to lead us from this summer. “It would be difficult to overstate the importance of securing planning permissions for our new home at Power Court and for Newlands Park. Of course, there’s a little way to go before bricks get laid, but in gaining consent from Luton Council, we can now look forward with confidence and optimism to a brighter future for the club and the town. “Do not underestimate the part that you have played in all of the successes we have enjoyed over the past year. Your support has been patient and passionate during the long planning process, which could have been the difference between success and failure for which we sincerely thank you all.” Continued from page 1
Sweet added that in 201819 season ticket sales have been at their highest for decades, which has resulted in the hatters’ highest average attendance for more than 25 years, making Kenilworth Road “an intensely tough place for away teams to visit and a fortress for our own”. “Of course, we all hope that this season ends with back-to-back promotions, taking us up to the Championship next season. What a spectacular 2019 this would be if we can achieve this,” said Sweet. “Should we be lucky enough to compete in the Championship at Kenilworth Road, it will naturally bring its challenges. Which is why we will need to cap season ticket sales to 7,000 and we will introduce a loyalty scheme to reward those supporters who have held season tickets for longer.” Fans who have held a season ticket for the last five consecutive seasons will receive a full discount and those who have one for the last two will qualify for a smaller deduction to thank them for their loyalty. Sweet added: “This also introduces a rewarding scheme which we intend to take to Power Court with us in a few years’ time. “I hope you will join us again in 2019-20 as we approach our 135th year as a professional football club in the bitter-sweet knowledge that it will be one of the last few seasons we will play at our beloved Kenilworth Road. Let’s make the most of it.” All of the season ticket information is available from the dedicated area on this website: https://www.lutontown.co.uk/tickets/seasontickets/

Motorist who drove New Director of Nursing and Patient Services at at pedestrians is Bedford Hospital jailed for four years A MOTORIST who deliberately ran over two men has been jailed for four years. Purdeep Panesar, 27, of Bluebell Close, Bedford, was found guilty at Luton Crown Court on Thursda, March 28,2019, following the incident in Bedford in May 2017. At around 9.40pm, CCTV captured Panesar speeding past two pedestrians who were attempting to cross London Road, who then gestured towards Panesar’s BMW M3 vehicle. Panesar then reversed back along the road and deliberately crashed into the two men. As they attempted to escape, Panesar then mounted the pavement and tried to hit them with his car again before driving off. Fortunately the victims of the
attack only suffered minor injuries. Panesar was found guilty of attempted grievous bodily harm (GBh), attempted GBh with intent to cause harm, and dangerous driving.
he was sentenced to four years in prison for both GBh offences, to run concurrently, and an 18-month concurrent sentence for the dangerous driving. Detective Constable Aroop Nandre, who led the investigation, said: “It is by sheer luck that the victims did not suffer more serious injuries in this appalling attack. “Panesar deliberately used his car as a weapon. The two parties were not known to one another and it is a real concern that Panesar would resort to this level of violence in the heat of the moment. “Whilst this was not premeditated, this sort of action cannot be tolerated and I hope that Panesar reflects on his actions while he is behind bars.”
DeIRDRe Fowler has been seconded as Director of Nursing and Patient Services at Bedford hospital NhS Trust. She succeeds Liz Lees who has been covering this role since April 2018 across both Bedford and Luton and Dunstable university hospital. Deirdre has a wealth of healthcare experience and has been working in the NhS for over 30 years. Deirdre qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1989 and subsequently a Midwife in 1994. enced and committed to bringing the NhS values and behaviors to life to benefit patients and staff. She has moved back from Shropshire to live at home again with her family. Stephen Conroy, Chief executive at Bedford hospital said: “We are delighted that Deirdre has joined our executive Team. I know her extensive skills and experience will play a key role in the delivery of care we

Deirdre will continue to provide strong and professional leadership for our dedicated Nurses and Midwives and is an excellent addition to the Trust Board who we very much look forward to working with. Stephen added: “I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Liz Lees for all her hard work and commitment over the past year in this demanding role.” Speaking about her new role, Deirdre Fowler said: “I am delighted to join Bedford hospital and adding my experience and knowledge to the great work currently underway to further improve patient care and experience. I am very much looking forward to getting out and about to meet everyone particularly staff at ‘the point of care’ delivery”.
Man jailed for handling stolen goods, and drugs and driving offences
A MAN from Luton has been jailed for 28 months for handling stolen goods, and drugs and driving offences, on two occasions last year. Ryan hemley, 23, of Bramley Court, Luton, was found guilty of handling stolen goods, possession of class A and class B drugs, and a number of driving offences. On Friday, June 22, police received a report of two victims being robbed at around 11.45pm the previous night, by two occupants of a grey Volkswagen Scirocco. At 2.35pm on the same day, the VW activated an ANPR camera on Old Bedford Road, Luton. Due to the report of the robbery, officers were deployed to find the vehicle with support from the helicopter unit. The vehicle failed to stop and drove off erratically, colliding with oncoming vehicles before coming to a stop, when the driver got out of the car and made off. The man was identified as fitting the profile of an offender from the robbery, and was also seen to throw away an object as he ran off. The offender was identified as hemley and arrested. The recovered object was a bag that contained cannabis and white powder, later confirmed as crack cocaine, and other drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was found to have been taken during a burglary in houghton Regis on 13 June, but had been fitted with different registration plates. hemley was subsequently arrested, and then bailed so further enquiries could be made. On Decemberc 22, at around 6.30pm, hemley was further arrested after being spotted driving a black Vauxhall Astra erratically on houghton Road
in Dunstable. he had been signalled to stop by police but drove off, exceeding the speed limit, ignoring road signs, and driving through red traffic lights and causing other road users to swerve to avoid him. Police pursued the car until hemley drove up a narrow one way street in the wrong direction, and was blocked by an oncoming vehicle. Checks on the vehicle established the Astra also had false number plates, and a search revealed drugs hidden in a bag under the driver’s seat. It was also found that hemley was disqualified from driving. On Tuesday, March 26, at Luton Crown Court, hemley was sentenced to a total of 28 months in jail. he received 18 months for handling stolen goods, nine months for possession of class A drugs and two months for possession of class B drugs, to run concurrently. he received a further 10 months to run consecutively for dangerous driving. For driving whilst disqualified, he received three months, and for fraudulent use of a registration mark he received a further 10 months, both to run concurrently. No separate penalty was handed down for driving without insurance. Detective Constable Richard Marshall, who investigated, said: “hemley put himself and other road users at risk, not once, but twice. It is by sheer luck that his behaviour did not cause a collision, or worse. “The sentence handed down to him will now give him ample opportunity to consider his lifestyle, and the consequences of his choices. “We will never tolerate behaviour of this kind on our county’s streets, and we will track down those who offend, and put them behind bars.”
Looking for peeping Tom
POLICe are appealing for information after a case of voyeurism. The incident occurred at around 8pm on Tuesday, March 19, in Strathmore Avenue, Luton. A man was seen looking through the rear bathroom window of the property at a person inside. The suspect is described as an Asian man in his early 20s, around 5’8”, with bushy eyebrows and short hair.
PC James Allen, investigating, said: “This was a gross invasion of privacy and we would urge anyone with information about this case to come forward.” Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 or via our online reporting centre, quoting reference 40/16763/19. First wave of trainees set to become qualified Nursing Associates! a naTiOnaL pilot designed to train a new generation of frontline nursing staff has been successful as the first wave of recruits are set to become qualified nursing associates. The nursing associate is a new member of the nursing family and part of the plan to expand and diversify the nhS workforce. The trainees have spent the past two years completing work-based competencies, at least one intensive study day per week and working alongside existing nursing Care Support Workers and fully-equipped Registered nurses to deliver hands-on care for patients. The role will help to bridge the gap between health and support workers, who have a care certificate and graduate Registered nurses. it has been developed to allow nurses to focus on the more advanced elements of their job and to offer improved career pathway opportunities to emerging talent. Bedford hospital has led the partnership with a number of organisations such as; University of Bedfordshire, Luton and Dunstable University hospital, east London Foundation Trust (eLFT) and Cambridgeshire Community Services nhS Trust (CCS). a total of 27 healthcare staff has undergone this training programme within the Bedfordshire partnership and will be able to apply to join the nursing and midwifery Council (nmC) register upon qualification in march.

Carol Dyle-Cole, a nursing associate Trainee from Bedford hospital said: “i was attracted to this training programme for the opportunities it provided to learn more skills to allow me to help more with the delivery of patient care –which i enjoy a lot. another great thing about the programme is the numerous work placements that you undertake that enables you to learn what specific area suits you best. i have thoroughly enjoyed gaining experience within orthopaedics and mental health. This really has been a great opportunity”. Liz Lees, Director of nursing and patient Services for Bedford hospital said: “The nursing associate role provides a great new career pathway into nursing and it will help to strengthen the nursing skill base across the Bedfordshire partnership. “ it has been really good to hear the trainees have gained a wealth of experience and confidence in their new roles. The Brand New Heavies with support from DJs ‘Brother’ Louie Martin and Mark Russell Bedford Corn Exchange Friday 31st May 2019
Pioneers of the London Acid Jazz scene, The Brand New heavies, are a British music institution whose unique mix of jazz, funk and soul has lit up the uK music scene for well over two decades. Over the years The Brand New heavies have been responsible for some of the uK’s biggest R & B/ soul tracks, scoring 16 top 40 singles including ‘Dream On Dreamer’ and ‘You’ve Got A Friend’, as well as over two million album sales. It was old school friends Jan, Andrew and Simon pursuing their nearobsessive love of soul music and ‘70s funk that inspired them to form The Brand New heavies.
early hits ‘Never Stop and ‘Dream Come True’ were original chunks of organic funk that earned the band a reputation as a formidable live act and their reinterpretations of popular standards, such as ‘Midnight At The Oasis’, Carole King’s ‘You’ve Got A Friend ‘and the Stevie Wonder classic ‘I Don’t Know Why (I Love You)’, brought major global chart success. having made their mark originally with the immensely talented vocalist N’Dea Davenport, the core trio of Jan Kincaid, Simon Bartholomew and Andrew Levy were later fronted by Siedah Garrett and Carleen Anderson.
The Brand New heavies have been ploughing their own furrow the British music scene for over a quarter of a century and are respected the world over.
“It’s fantastic to be bringing such great talent to play in Bedford, which has a thriving music scene. Brand New heavies are incredible live, they have infectious energy and get everyone up for a guaranteed non stop party. This is a band that deliver every time and I am so excited to have booked them for Bedford.” Said Mark harrison, Promoter, LPh Concerts See them live at Bedford Corn exchange in May! naturism Blackthorns Sun Club
Tucked away in Pippin Wood between Sharnbrook and Riseley you can find a little piece of paradise going under the name of Blackthorns Sun Club where you can enjoy peaceful, woodland walks, marvel at the bluebells in Springtime. You can check out the wildlife, bask in the sun, take part in sports, use the outdoor heated pool, cook
on the barbeque, join in the banter on the south facing patio whilst your children are occupied in their play area and clubhouse, attend monthly socials of a meal and either a disco or live music and meet a whole new crowd of people for conversation and friendship. Oh, and when it’s plenty warm enough we do all this without our clothes! Yes, we are a naturist club and very proud of it too! There is nothing better than a dip in the pool on a hot day without
the wet, soggy swimwear when you get out! Air dry in the sunshine! So many like an all over tan and who wants white strap marks? Soak up some natural, much needed Vitamin D. But what about when it gets cold, I hear you ask; we get dressed! It’s as simple as that! however, we do have a lovely sauna to use and a wood burning stove in the clubhouse so we continue to use the club all year round. Pippin Wood became home to the American Forces during the war when they used the cover of the trees to protect their ammunition stores. They replaced some of the trees with Nissan huts and we still use the circular road they laid down. After they left, the wood was clear felled for timber in 1951, leaving very few original trees which was a great shame. It was then abandoned and left to become overgrown with brambles, blackthorn and various native plants. We took over the management of the wood in 1959 after a small group of people attended the World Naturist Congress held at Woburn Abbey in 1958 and decided it was the lifestyle they wanted. There were no facilities back then; no mains water, no electricity and no telephone. Can you imagine camping somewhere with no flushing toilets; they were definitely pioneers of their time and we are so grateful for their vision for the future. Over the years the club gradually took shape as some of the central ground was cleared and laid to lawn. We paid for the utilities to be brought from the A6 and
gradually built the clubhouse, showers and toilets that we take for granted today. We have been turning the savaged woodland back to the semi-ancient woodland of its day, when it was listed in the Doomsday Book as being the outer reaches of the nearby Bletsoe Castle. We’ve planted native trees and we’ve nurtured the environment to suit the wildlife. Our members can learn the art of coppicing and hedge laying. We strive to help the animals and plants flourish and we’re pleased to share it with all the small creatures you might imagine; rabbits, voles, moles, stoats, even badgers, and seeing a family of fox clubs play in the early morning sun is a delight. We take for granted the tapping of the trees by our resident woodpeckers and have even named our resident pheasant, Paxo! We can’t help but get to recognise the various wild flowers including native orchids and we look out for the red kites, kestrels and sparrow hawks that hunt from our skies. We know the calls of the various owls and delight in the huge variety of birds we see every day. It’s an amazing place to spend time away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life and a superb environment to educate children who learn so much without even realising it, as it becomes second nature for them to have all this wonderful natural life around them. Now you know what goes on, or rather, what comes off, amongst the trees of Pippin Wood and you are very welcome to come along for a visit if you feel like giving naturism a try.

Celebrate all things gardens and gardening with The higgins Bedford at the new exhibition ‘Round and Round the Garden: A Celebration of horticulture in Art’. Featuring works by major artists from the internationally renowned Cecil higgins Collection, this exhibition celebrates our human fascination with gardens and looks at how gardens and gardening have provided inspiration for artists. Members of the public are also invited to send in photos for the #BedfordLovesGardening display at the exhibition entrance, making this a truly unique exhibition. Artists have always been inspired by gardens. Pre-Raphaelite John everett Millais saw them as settings for tragic love stories. Walter Sickert brought the garden inside for his still life pieces, while Joan eardley braved the weather to paint Scottish wild flowers. edward Bawden depicted the large botanical gardens at Kew whilst Paul Nash painted village gardens. Camden Town artist Charles Ginner painted his own suburban garden, whilst Lucian

Freud and Graham Sutherland travelled further afield to paint continental gardens and exotic plants. There will also be a sensory installation in the gallery created by the Theatre of Widdershins with The Wynding Wixam Tree, a sculptural piece by local puppet maker and storyteller, Andy Lawrence. Alongside the exhibition there will be garden-themed events including garden tours, plant sales, a British Sign Language tour and workshop with Access Bedford, lunchtime lectures, easter and May half-Term holiday activities and more. Cllr Sarah-Jayne Gallagher, Portfolio holder for Leisure and Culture said “This exhibition explores one of Britain’s great loves; gardens and gardening. It will be fantastic to see photos from the public of their favourite gardens displayed alongside pieces of artwork from The higgins Bedford’s incredible collection.” Photographs sent in by members of the public may be featured in the #BedfordLovesGardening display, at the exhibition entrance and on The higgins Bedford Facebook and Instagram pages. Photographs can be sent to thehiggins@bedford.gov.uk or to The higgins’ Bedford Loves Gardens Facebook Group http://bit.ly/bedfordlovesgardening The exhibition has been organised in collaboration with Christiana Payne, Professor of history of Art at Oxford Brookes university.
