After registration, you will be contacted with appointment timing Come 40 minutes in advance of your appointment time for drops and paperwork completion (bring a copy of CKC/AKC registration).

OFA eye screening exams only. Owners may be permitted in the building, depending on Covid protocols currently in place. The PWDCC coordinators will take your dog for the exam. Remember to arrive 40 minutes before your appointment time for drop administration. And have your dog’s registration number (CKC or AKC) and microchip number for the exam form.
