About This Report This is our first annual teacher retention report, giving insights into how EFEC teachers approach their decision to renew their contract or leave the company. We surveyed over 291 teachers in 11 cities to better understand their attitudes and behaviors related to staying or leaving EF. We also measured the tenure of 283 teachers who left EF in 2015 through their visa entry and conversion dates. Do you think you know what teachers want? Read on to find out.
