RI Updates
Welcome to the year 2021: We've reached the half-way point of the Rotary year. With humble pride, we can look back on 2021 and reflect on how far we've come. As the New Year begins, I hope it brings with it the promise of a better future. As fireworks light up the sky, it's important to remember the significance of the New Year's symbolism: new beginnings and fresh begins. A time to reflect on all of the good things that have happened in the last year, as well as all of the positive things that will happen in the future. Despite the many obstacles that awaited Rotarians in 2021, we continued to do what we do best... serve to impact lives! And for that, as well as all of you, I am eternally thankful!
Besides the start of the new year, January is also Rotary's Vocational Services month!
Vocational Service focuses on:
The contribution of your professional abilities to addressing societal problems and satisfying community needs is the emphasis of vocational Service. Recognition of the value of all worthwhile activities, not simply those pursued by Rotarians
