ROTARACT BRASIL INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS BOARD CULTURAL ROTARACTOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM – TRIP ROTARACT BRASIL REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION I. Be a member of a Rotaract Club recognized by Rotary International and be in accordance with the district obligations; II. Age falls between 18 and 30 years on the date of the exchange; III. Submit all supporting documentation requested in this notice; IV. The club and candidate must be registered on the Rotary International website; II. The candidate must not have any legal impediment to enter into Brazil. The candidate’s information will be verified by the appropriate Brazilian government agencies. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS I - Comply with and enforce all objectives of TRIP Rotaract Brazil in 2016; II – Arrange and pay for their necessary documentation to enter and stay in Brazil; III - Afford and arrange the transportation costs from their country to the closest airport in the city of the host club; IV – Not practice any illicit actions disrespecting the Brazilian legislation. In case of violation of this rule, participation will be terminated. V – Prepare a daily report, in text, video, and pictures, of your entire trip, from preparation, participation to the trip home; VI – Arrange and present proof of travel insurance, in case of emergency, to cover hospital expenses, emergency removal, and transfer of remains. OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST CLUB I - Comply with and enforce all objectives of TRIP Rotaract Brazil in 2016; II - Pay the expenses of the exchange students’ transfer, upon arrival to Brasil, from the airport to the host home and back to the airport for departure; III - Pay living expenses, accommodation and meals which will be offered throughout the exchange period; IV - Perform the usual activities of the World Rotaract Week, and plan other activities related to culture, tourism, and gastronomy to offer Rotaractors a unique experience; V - Keep a detailed and descriptive report with photographs of the activities of Rotaract Brazil before, during and after the TRIP sending the material directly to the email: internacionais.rotaract.brasil@gmail.com; VI - Keep the "Rotaract Brazil" updated with respect to the photographic record, video and media in general, while performing the "TRIP Rotaract Brazil";


REGISTRATION Each Rotaract club abroad may appoint up to two members to participate in TRIP. For application to the program, the applicant must fill out the following form http://bit.ly/1GofBBV and send Rotaract Brazil the following documents: I - Rotaract and Professional resume; II – Good quality profile picture; III - Letter signed by the President of the Rotaract Club, of which is a member, confirming that the candidate member complies with all requirements of this announcement, certifying his approvement to the vacancy; VI - Copy of Passport (Identification Data Page); Receiving period of applications will begin on October 20, 2015 and ending on November 30, 2015. Applications containing all documentation required should be sent to the email internacionais.rotaract.brasil@gmail.com Notice: The submission of false information by the candidate and the falsification of documents will result in the automatic disqualification of the candidate without any possibility of returning to the selection process.
