He will be spotted by Dylan Dog’s author (and now director at Sergio Bonelli editore) Mauro Marcheselli, who will allow him to enter at the mythical Italian editor’s and to join the staff of the « detective of the surnatural» ! In 2004, while he works on his first Dylan Dog story, he contributes to the graphic creation of «Demian», a character created by Pasquale Ruju (the mini-series will appear in bookshop in 2006 and 2007). From 2010, still with Pasquale Ruju, , he works on the stories and/or covers of an other miniserie : «Cassidy» (A professional thief, specialized in robberies. Uses his skills to steal, but, following a personal «code of honor», leaves no innocent blood behind him). Alessandro Poli réside et travaille à Bologne (Italie). Il y est né en 1965… Ses études en Arts graphiques l’amènent à collaborer avec différentes agences Romagnoles en qualité de designer et de storyboarder… Par la suite, il publie quelques dessins pour Falconara Comics. Il sera alors remarqué par l’auteur de «Dylan Dog», Mauro Marcheselli. Ce dernier lui permettra d’entrer chez Sergio Bonelli editore et d’intégrer le staff du célèbre «détective de l’étrange» !
