It’s time to de-worm your family
If the idea of worms leaves a sour taste in your mouth, you must be a mom. Or perhaps a mom who loves those sugar coated sour jellies, as much as her kids!
Let’s be honest, when it comes to the live, squirmy, real deal – you probably want to run a mile. Or, more sensibly, to your nearest pharmacy to pick up de-worming treatments for the whole family when parasitic worms take up residence in them.
The effect of these parasites, if left untreated, range from the unpleasant to the dangerous.

Worms can enter the body in various ways, depending on the worm type. Poor hygiene conditions, contaminated water or food, larvae in soil and tactile interaction with pets and pet-waste, can open the door to parasitic infection.1,2
The infection is likely to leave you feeling tired and lethargic.2 You may experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and weight loss.2 Parasites starve you of the nutrients that your body needs and can cause damage in your intestines. In severe, untreated cases, they can obstruct your intestines.2
What happens when you have worms?
Did you know that worm infestations can even cause stunted growth and mental health conditions?1,3
It’s time to STOP WORMS… de-worm bi-annually.
Even if you and your family live a relatively sanitised existence, it’s easy to pick up an intestinal worm. That’s why the World Health Organisation recommends that all members of the family get de-wormed twice a year.1*
