A Homeless Reality. An Audio Visual Art Film about the perception of The Homeless Children of South Africa seen through Virtual Reality. Showcasing striking portraits of our homeless lost generation among the Metropolis Concrete Chaos that the rest of us call life.

With this Audio Visual Art Film we express the life of the Homeless looking at this chaotic world. We see life through their eyes. Shot in Virtual Reality. How they see this world and how it looks back.
Concept.
Introduction.
We’re living in the age of Digital Media Convergence. The Time of the Millennials. The world is changing faster than the speed of light, and all of us struggle to stay up to speed with what’s going on around us.
It’s Funny how we tend to forget that even though we are living in a 2016 world, some of us are still living in the past. We still have the GI’s The Silent Age The Baby Boomers The Generation X’ers Generation Y But what about the Homeless…Where do they fit it? Maybe Generational Theory doesn’t apply to them. Maybe they have no label. Maybe they are not part of our generation, or any generation at all..
Motivation.
The funny thing is… It’s true. We don’t see them. They see us. But what if we stop. Just stop, for one second, and capture an image. An image of who we really are...What will we see? And even more so…What will they see…. The Homeless.
Themes
We incorporate themes of Architecture, Lines, Vectors & Shapes that convey control and dominance, versus the freedom and spontaneous boundaries of Virtual Reality, thematically speaking to the world at large, the Man Made Well Oiled Machine, from the eyes of the nameless.
First Draft Storyboard Ideas
The Cast The Cast will consist of children from all ages and South African racial groups where with an interesting & unique sense of character style which expresses the different South African Nationalities and their heritages.
