What kind of traveler are you? From the active adventurer to the casual beachgoer, there are always different palates to please. But whether you’re yearning for an epicurean feast or hungry for some simple poolside pub fare, Hilton Sandestin Beach has seven sensational on-site dining options to satisfy what you crave.

Each morning at 7 a.m., Sandcastles rises with the sun, serving both buffet style and a la carte breakfast options. Start your morning off right with a full buffet brimming with fresh fruit, steelcut oats and cereal, made-to-order omelets, waffles, breakfast meats, hash browns and more. Prefer to sleep in? No worries, Sandcastles also dishes up coastal cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Eager to hit the beach? Grab a bite to go from The Coffee Shop, featuring an assortment of decadent homemade baked goods and treats, courtesy of our talented in-house pastry chef Yascha Becker. Pair it with a cup of your favorite Starbucks brew, and you’ll be good to go — literally.

A few hours of fun in the sun might make you peckish, but you won’t have to stray far from the sand

for a midday meal. Beginning at 11 a.m. Barefoot’s Beachside Bar and Grill serves handheld fare, savory shareables and light bites, seasonally. As the name suggests, no shoes are required.

“Barefoot’s is right on the deck overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico,” says Angelina Covington, a 30-plus-year veteran of food and beverage operations. “A lot of people come right off the beach to enjoy our refreshing piña coladas and rum jungles. Our delicious coastal-inspired menu pairs perfectly with the spectacular view.”

Like The Coffee Shop, Picnix Poolside Market is the perfect place to fill up empty bellies — especially little ones. Featuring children’s classics such as creamy mac ‘n’ cheese, heart-healthy wraps and personal Pizza Hut pan pizzas, even finicky eaters are sure to get their fill here.

For those who pine for fresh-from-thesea flavors, head to Hadashi Sushi Bar. With authentic Japanese cuisine, handrolled stunning sushi creations, sashimi,

nigiri and a full-service bar, the only thing missing is your sense of adventure.

For those with something to celebrate, Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood is the pinnacle of fine dining. Offering seasonal menus of artisanal appetizers, choice cuts of prime beef and the freshest seafood available, Seagar’s offers an upscale atmosphere suitable for popping the question, toasting your anniversary or impressing clients.

Feeling comfortable? Hilton Sandestin Beach’s in-room dining service is the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing or romantic night in. Though most options are from Sandcastles’ delicious dinner menu, select dishes from Seagar’s and Hadashi Sushi Bar are also available seasonally.

No matter what type of traveler you are, as executive chef Dan Vargo says, “We have variation, so you can enjoy great dining experiences throughout your entire stay … we choose to be in the hospitality industry, because we enjoy being here to serve.” Bon appetit!

OUR MEMORIES • “I’ve been at the Hilton for most of my life. I have so many memories I can share, but what has made the biggest impact over my tenure here are the many different people I have met. I treat our guests as I would want to be treated, and I am grateful for the reactions and kind words that I receive in return. There have been hugs and friendships that will last a long time to come.” Bridget Hoffman, Banquet Bartender
