The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members is of paramount importance as we navigate this global health crisis. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure your visit at Hilton Sandestin Beach is most enjoyable. Along with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, we’ve made the following adjustments to our day-to-day procedures. By visiting Hilton Sandestin Beach and its affiliate outlets, Serenity by the sea Spa and Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Sanitizing, Social Distancing and More!
◆ As part of the Hilton
Hotels & Resorts
CleanStay program, all guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning solutions and products between guest stays. ◆ Elevator capacity has been reduced, and hand sanitizer is located within each individual elevator car. Hand sanitizer can be found throughout our main public spaces along with Lysol wipe dispensers in the lobby. ◆ All surfaces within our restaurants are cleaned and disinfected with commercialgrade products in between each guest experience. ◆ Outdoor deck seating has been reduced in number and spaced out according to social distancing standards.
For your safety, we ask that you refrain from moving the deck furniture. ◆ Our private beach is open to
Hilton Sandestin Beach guests and Serenity by the sea Spa members, and we encourage social distancing between beach-goers. ◆ At Serenity by the sea Spa, masks should be worn in the spa at all times, with the exception of the fitness center, showers, the sauna, the steam room and whirlpools — also during a facial and when the client is face down in a massage.
Be a Team Player — Wear Your Mask
All guests visiting Hilton Sandestin Beach must wear a face covering while indoors. This includes, but is not limited to, the main lobby area, elevator landings, elevator cars, in restaurants prior to being seated, in the spa prior to receiving a service, and any indoor public space that does not allow for social distancing. To ensure the safety of our team members and our guests all indoor staff will be equipped with masks. Complimentary facemasks are available at the front desk.
