RCM Super String Sunday 11.00am | Sunday 20 May 2012 | Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall Welcome to Super String Sunday 2012; a marathon of music making with a sprint at either end! Today you will have a chance to hear some of the hottest young talent in the world, here at the Royal College of Music. Why the Musical Marathon? Well, last month I ran the London Marathon to raise money to help talented musicians such as those performing today to come and study at the College. So far we've got to about ÂŁ4,000. So our musical marathon today not only maps out the 26 miles of the course, but gives you the chance to donate, and help such a fantastic cause. I know that you'll have a great day with such an amazing array of star performers, but please also give as generously as you can, either on line, or in the buckets provided. Get on line now and donate, and we'll see what total we can achieve during the day.
