Tickets 01536 470 470 www.thecorecorby.com
Welcome It is eight years since The Core first put out a programme of events to its local audience and what a journey it has been. Some 300,000 people have passed through the doors of the theatre and enjoyed a fantastic array of performances and events, both home grown and from afar. I am delighted to have arrived in Corby from Dublin to take my place as the third Director of this remarkable venue and excited for what the future holds in store. As the nights draw in and there’s nothing but rubbish on the telly, I hope that within this brochure you find something to attract you to the bright lights of this incredible theatre to see a show. For the theatre lovers, we look forward to welcoming Private Peaceful direct from the West End as well as our heavily anticipated family Christmas show Beauty And The Beast which comes to Corby after a run in New York. Music lovers will need to book soon for Steeleye Span, Les McKeowns Bay City Rollers and of course the ever popular Fisher Stevens’ Elvis In Vegas show. For the jokers and comedy fiends, we welcome Sara Pascoe in November as well as the side splittingly funny crew from Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club with dates throughout the season. Finally, two really special treats for families will be Guess How Much I Love You in October and the family rave by Big Fish Little Fish in November. The doors of the theatre are open. We look forward to seeing you here soon. Joe Flavin, Director, The Core at Corby Cube

Discounts And Concessions
Concessions are available for most shows for Under 16s, 60+, Students, Jobseekers, Disabled Patrons and Companions, and Groups of 10+. Additional concessions are available for certain shows, including family tickets (max 2 adults) – full details are highlighted on individual show entries and at www.thecorecorby.com. Restricted View tickets are available at a reduced rate for some performances – ask Ticket Office for details.
Groups And Schools
Groups of 10+ qualify for the concessions price. Further discounts for Groups of 20+ and Schools are available on certain shows.
Real Discounts
If you are ages 16-25, you could get free or discounted tickets for performances with the symbol. Visit www.thecorecorby.com or call 01536 470 470 to find out more.
Transaction Fee
We charge a £1.50 per-transaction fee for telephone and website bookings of £15 and over, does not apply in person or to Friends, Groups and Disabled Patrons. As ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices may not necessarily benefit The Core. By adding a small transaction charge, we ensure that every penny of this goes to your local venue and the projects we run with local communities and young people.
Postage Fee
There is a £1 fee applicable to post your tickets to a UK address. We recommend that we do not post any tickets booked within seven days of the performance date, and instead will hold them at the Ticket Office for collection.
Returns And Exchanges
We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. Ticket reservations must be paid for within four days of booking. We are unable to reserve tickets without payment within seven days prior to the performance. The Core is committed to being a family friendly organisation. Some of the facilities we offer to make your visit run as smoothly as possible include free buggy storage and cloakroom, booster seats and, of course, a warm and friendly welcome.
