Additional concessions are available for certain shows, including family tickets (max 2 adults) – full details are highlighted on individual show entries and at www.thecorecorby.com. Real Discounts
If you are under 26, you could get free or discounted tickets for performances with the symbol. Visit www.thecorecorby.com or call 01536 470 470 to find out more.
Transaction Fee
We charge a £1.50 per-transaction fee for telephone and website bookings of £15 and over, does not apply in person or to Friends, Groups and Disabled Patrons. As ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices may not necessarily benefit The Core. By adding a small transaction charge, we ensure that every penny of this goes to your local venue and the projects we run with local communities and young people.
Postage Fee
There is a £1 fee applicable to post your tickets to a UK address. We recommend that we do not post any tickets booked within seven days of the performance date, and instead will hold them at the Ticket Office for collection.
Returns And Exchanges
We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. Ticket reservations must be paid for within four days of booking. We are unable to reserve tickets without payment within seven days prior to the performance. The Core is committed to being a family friendly organisation. Some of the facilities we offer to make your visit run as smoothly as possible include free buggy storage and cloakroom, booster seats and, of course, a warm and friendly welcome.
