Events for 2019 Advisory Days (L and A), Photoforums, Scottish Members Exhibition and Distinctions Day
This year will have more regional events with three advisory days, Bive photoforums and a distinctions day, all aimed at encouraging photographers to push their photography further. We are trying a new event in Dumfries this year, at Shambellie house, and I hope those local will support it so that it can continue in future years Photoforum and Advisory days run with the support of the panel members who give up their time freely. I would like to thank Roy Robertson HonFRPS, Sandy Cleland FRPS, Peter Paterson FRPS, Hazel Mason FRPS, Karen Berry FRPS, Faye Yerbury FRPS, Trevor Yerbury FRPS, Paul Walker FRPS, John Simpson ARPS, Mick Durham FRPS and Douglas May FRPS for there recent and ongoing support as panel members. The Areas Representatives below are the backbone of the organisation for the exhibition, without whom this could not occur, and I would like them to be recognised for this. We now have a regional treasurer and secretary, Roy and Christine. As those of you who have given permission for the RPS to contact you via email will know, I have used this system of communication to send out information in advance of the newsletter.
