Day 3 Kuala Lumpur – Malacca – Kuala Lumpur After breakfast you will travel to Malacca, a historic colonial town and UNESCO World Heritage site. Your tour will drive pass the Bukit China or Chinese Hill - the largest Chinese cemetery outside of China. Stop at the foothill to view the Sultan’s Well before driving through the Portuguese Settlement. Visit the famous gateway, ‘Porta De Santiago’ and the ruins of St. Paul’s Church lined with 17th century Dutch tombstones. Next on the list is ‘Red Square’ the salmon pink Dutch administrative buildings which today houses the Malacca Museum and government offices. Visit Christ Church before proceeding for lunch. After lunch, visit the ‘Abode Merciful Clouds’ or the Cheng Hoon Teng Temple. Lastly, take a stroll along the famous Jonker Street. Return to Kuala Lumpur in the evening. Join an optional boat ride on a traditional Chinese Sampan and cruise on Aberdeen water. Day 9 Bangkok Depart from Bangkok on the morning and travel 75km north to Ayutthaya, former capital of Thailand. Upon arrival you will start your tour at the Summer Palace of the late King Rama V, commonly known as “Bang Pa-In”. You will then continue to visit the magnificent ruins that Ayutthaya is famous for all over the world. There will be plenty of photo opportunities as you make your way through this World Heritage Site. At the end of the tour you will board an air-conditioned cruise ship and travel down the Chao Phraya River back to Bangkok. A buffet lunch will be served on board. Arrive back in Bangkok and transfer back to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12 Hong Kong Depart from your hotel in the morning and travel along the Hong Kong Expressway, crossing the Tsing Ma Bridge to Lantau Island, an area of natural beaches, simple fishing villages and peaceful monasteries. Day 9 Hue – Hoi An Visit the Imperial Tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. Venture into the countryside around Hue to the Imperial Tomb of Tu Duc. Tu Duc, the longest reigning Vietnamese emperor. Afterwards visit the Imperial Tomb of Khai Dinh, the last of the monumental tombs of the Nguyen dynasty. Drive south, enjoying the dramatic Hai Van Pass, the high dividing line between the climate zones of North and South Vietnam; Lang Co, a stretch of beach curving outwards between a clear blue lagoon and the East Vietnam Sea; and the large coastal city of Danang. Day 14 Luang Prabang Visit a local market to see the bustle and activity of the early morning. Continue to the National Museum, a modest but graceful building which combines traditional Lao and French beaux-arts motifs. Then, visit Hor Phrabang. In the right front corner room of the Palace which opens to the outside, is a collection of the palace’s most prized art, including the Phrabang, cast of a gold, silver and bronze alloy. This Buddha stands at 83 cm tall and weighs around 50 kg. Afterwards, visit Wat Mai. In the afternoon travel to Kuang Si Waterfall. This multi-tiered waterfall tumbles over limestone into a series of turquoise pools. Enjoy swimming in the clear water or just relaxing in the natural environment. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS PRICES All prices listed are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified. RSH Travel Inc. (Royal Scenic) reserves the right to change prices in the event of any price revision by the applicable supplier that is beyond the control of Royal Scenic. This includes, but is not limited to fuel surcharge due to the price of fuel and/or currency exchange rate fluctuations. The prices in this brochure supersede any prices in the previous 2018/19 Royal Scenic Brochure. The pricing in the brochure is current at the time of printing and subject to change thereafter without notice. Please contact your preferred travel agent for the most current offer or consult update pricing at www.royalscenic.com. RESERVATIONS Please contact your travel agent to make reservations. We recommend that tour reservations be made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date for all destinations. A nonrefundable deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date. For any booking made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received by the due date and the applicable cancellation penalties will apply. We will advise you accordingly at the time of booking request. REFUNDS All claims for refunds must be made in writing through the travel agent that purchased the tour. No refund is allowed for unused tour services. All claims for refund must be presented to Royal Scenic within 21 days after completion of the tour. INSURANCE We offer travel insurance for trip cancellation, hospital, medical, baggage and trip delay due to weather, mechanical problems or schedule change. Insurance must be purchased at time of booking. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The brochure has been written to provide a complete and accurate description of the product and travel service offered. Occasionally, changes may occur and every effort will be made by Royal Scenic to provide prompt advice to our travel agency partner in advance. Travelers should be aware that there may be different living standards and conditions with respect to services and accommodations. Similarly, each country has unique features, which differ from what Canadians are familiar with, including weather, food and customs etc. This may be less that a traveler may expect from Canadian standards. Royal Scenic is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience resulting from different living standards or variations. TOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES All Asia & The World packages include domestic economy airfare, where specified, accommodation as listed or comparable, sightseeing and meals as specified in the itinerary, all hotel and airport transfers and document wallet. Flight bag is provided depending on the type and duration of the booked package. Taxes and surcharges to hotels are included for the duration of the stay. All Asia & The World packages are land only packages excluding International airfare. If required, please enquire for best airfare prices at the time of booking request. Insurance, airport taxes, transportation of excess baggage, laundry, liquor, use of telephone, gratuities for local guides/drivers/tour director, visa fees and any item not mentioned as specified are excluded. TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES All travel services are subject to taxes and service charges. The exact taxes and amounts vary by destination, season and package selected. These charges are subject to change. Forms of payment accepted are: agency cheque, certified cheque, money order or major credit card. HOTEL Rooms are provided as specified and meet the quality standards applied by Royal Scenic. Royal Scenic reserves the right to substitute hotels for a similar category should it become necessary due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. BAGGAGE For Transpacific Economy class the free baggage allowance is either one or two suitcases, depending on the air carrier’s baggage policy. The maximum weight per bag is 23kg (50lb) and the total dimensions cannot exceed 158cm (62in). For domestic flights within China

the baggage allowance is restricted to one piece per passenger with a maximum weight of 20kg (44lb). Different airlines may have different baggage allowances. We strongly advise that you reconfirm the baggage allowance with your carrier prior to departure. The owner assumes full responsibility for their bags throughout the tour. Royal Scenic is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any traveler’s personal belongings however caused. Royal Scenic highly recommends all travelers purchase travel insurance. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Royal Scenic advises that all travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler. Passports must be valid 6 months after the end of the tour for most countries in Asia. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the required travel visa for entry to the country. HEALTH Vaccinations are not required currently but subject to change. Canadian style medical attention is available in most parts of Asia. LIABILITY RSH Travel Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), makes arrangements with suppliers such as airlines, coach companies, transfer operators, hotel and other independent parties as an agent upon the condition that the company is not liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss, damage delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress and frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the following: • The act of omission of any party other than Royal Scenic or its employees; • Sickness, theft, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond our direct control; • Your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as passports, visas, and certificates (in which case you will also not be entitled to any refund); • Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport departure times, baggage handling, and check-in and check-out times; • Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered, we reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but we will try to substitute comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservation. Royal Scenic liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid; • A full refund, however, will not be honoured in situations where travel must be cancelled by Royal Scenic for reasons which are beyond its control (force majeure situations: weather, riots, etc.) and where Royal Scenic contractual obligations with its suppliers does not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid to the supplier on behalf of the customer. Royal Scenic takes great care in selecting the suppliers of services. The suppliers are independent parties over which we have no direct control. Supplier’s liability may be limited by law, tariffs, or conditions. It is important travelers read and understand the limitations of liability set forth in supplier documentation. Reservation of the tour package in this brochure confirms you have read, understood and agreed to each and all of the above conditions and limits of responsibility. No person, other than an authorized representative of the company by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the proceeding provisions. GENERAL NOTICE We do our best to give your customers an enjoyable trouble-free holiday but occasionally even the best-laid plans can go wrong. If your customers have a problem during their holiday, they are required to immediately inform the relevant supplier (e.g. hotel) who will endeavour to put things right during the course of the stay. Hotels and suppliers are more likely to help us resolve matters or achieve refunds if your passengers report any problems during their stay. We cannot accept liability in respect of any complaint, which is not reported to us during the passenger stay, or within 21 days of the completion of services. If the complaint is not resolved locally, please follow up this within 21 days of the completion of services and provide us with your original booking reference number and all other relevant information. Royal Scenic will: a. acknowledge complaints in writing within 3 days b. investigate all complaints arising and to respond within 14 days of receipt from all relevant information from you c. do our utmost to ensure that the cause of the complaint does not repeat and to keep our suppliers informed in order to take the necessary steps to provide the best service to our clients Royal Scenic does not manage, control or operate any hotel or any other supplier of services. Royal Scenic and/or its agents and suppliers, give notice that all vouchers issued for accommodation are made by them as agents for its clients, upon express condition that they assume no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may occur either by reason or defect or through the acts of any hotel proprietor or employee or company or person engaged in providing the accommodation arrangements.
