TheactofomissionofanypartyotherthanRoyalScenicoritsemployees; Sickness,theft,labourdisputes,mechanicalbreakdown,quarantine,government actions weather oranyothercausebeyondourdirectcontrol;
Yourfailuretoobtainthedocumentationrequiredforyourtripsuchaspassports, visas,andcertificates(inwhichcaseyouwillalsonotbeentitledtoanyrefund); Yourfailuretofollowinstructionsincludingbutnotlimitedtoairportdeparture times,baggagehandling,andcheck-inandcheck-outtimes; Cancellationorchangeforanyreasoninthetravelservicesoffered,wereservethe righttocancelorchangethetravelservicesatourdiscretion,butwewilltryto substitutecomparableservices Ifwemustcompletelycancelyourreservation RoyalScenicliabilitywillbelimitedtoarefundofallmoniespaid; Afullrefund however willnotbehonouredinsituationswheretravelmustbe cancelledbyRoyalScenicforreasonswhicharebeyonditscontrol(forcemajeure situations:weather,riots,etc)andwhereRoyalSceniccontractualobligationswith itssuppliersdoesnotallowittoobtainreimbursementofthesumspaidtothe supplieronbehalfofthecustomer

c doourutmosttoensurethatthecauseofthecomplaintdoesnotrepeatandtokeep oursuppliersinformedinordertotakethenecessarystepstoprovidethebestservice toourclients
RoyalScenicdoesnotmanage,controloroperateanyhoteloranyothersupplierof services RoyalScenicand/oritsagentsandsuppliers givenoticethatallvouchers issuedforaccommodationaremadebythemasagentsforitsclients,uponexpress conditionthattheyassumenoresponsibilityforanyinjury,damage,loss,accident, delayorirregularity,whichmayoccureitherbyreasonordefectorthroughtheactsof anyhotelproprietororemployeeorcompanyorpersonengagedinprovidingthe accommodationarrangements
