Before the installation of Electronic Key Boxes, GrandWest had 2 security officers on duty for each of the 3 shifts in a day. The solution is now saving the manpower cost of 6 security officers. It has allowed GrandWest to deploy security officers to perform functions they were initially trained for, which are to secure the property, patrons and other assets. GrandWest also cut physical key register books by 100%.
