It is located on Capstone Road approximately 1.4 miles south-east of Chatham town centre. There are many local attractions including Bluewater Shopping Centre,The Historic Dockyard, Buckmore Park, Rochester Cathedral and much more.

Local buses link Chatham to the Medway district and major towns in Kent, including Maidstone, Gravesend and Sittingbourne. There’s also an express bus service to the Bluewater shopping centre.

Plenty of convenient amenities are within a 5 mile radius from the site, such as; Pure Gym, Pentagon Shopping Centre, an array of local pubs/restaurants and large supermarket chains such as Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Tesco.

Chatham is located less than an hour from central London and is the hub of the Medway area, with the railway and bus stations being the main interchanges for the area. It takes under an hour to get to central London by train and under 1.5 hours by car.

Three trains run every hour to London Victoria (approximately 47 minutes), two trains go to London Charing Cross and two high speed trains run every hour to St Pancras International, taking less than 40 minutes. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes away from Capstone Green which runs a more cost effective bus route: the number 716 Kings Ferry bus to London city which takes just 1.5 hours.
