adok Jewelers has become the jeweler to “get-to-know” in Houston over the past 37 years. “We like to form relationships with our clientele,” says Helene Zadok. “We go to a lot of life-cycle events in our customers’ lives.” Helene and her husband, Dror, came to
Houston 37 years ago, after Dror had worked for his father in the family jewelry business. Today, the Zadoks and their three sons – Jonathan, Segev and Gilad – operate the family business together. Their experience adds up to many years of expertise, hands-on jewelry making skills and extensive knowledge of gemology and design. All three Zadok sons studied at the prestigious Gemological Institute of America, becoming Graduate Gemologists. The Zadok family has created a unique combination.

reaking free from the restrictions of the traditional, Bulgari creatively combines color gemstones with mixed metal, developing a bold and unprecedented style which defines the iconic Bulgari aesthetic. 2014 is an important year for Bulgari, as it marks the brand’s 130th anniversary. Among the exclusive events to commemorate this special year, the Houston Museum of Natural Science will feature an exhibition of approximately 150 sizable pieces of jewelry from Bulgari’s Heritage Collection, including masterpieces from the historical archives. This exclusive retrospective marks the first time the storied jeweler has showcased pieces representing every period since its Roman beginnings in 1884, making Bulgari: 130 Years of Masterpieces a once-in-a-lifetime event. Signature motifs that have forged the Bulgari legend, such as the renowned Serpenti and Monete, will also be on display. The exhibition opens at the Houston Museum of Natural Science on May 2, 2014, and runs through October 5, 2014.
