Dealers can also put a “Text Us” call out button on their desktop site, or anywhere that will support a digital link to the “opt in” page, as, increasingly, prospects prefer to initiate a discussion by text as opposed to by chat.

Prospects can even opt in through a unique designated keyword, for any print or non-linkable classified advertising.

Which, in turn, alerts the dealership operator by dashboard and by SMS text alert (if away from a desktop). The SMS text alert (shown below) will send a bit.ly link to the dealership operator, who can then open the link and reveal a mobilized version of the Sales TextChat™ dashboard.
