Happy New Year!

The internet update is still in progress; the next scheduled date for onsite work by Valley Internet is January 15th. They are projecting completion in February. If you notice any difficulties connecting, please email the office so that we may defer to Valley Internet! ROA Contact Info: office@rranch.info 707.252.0140

Electronic hold harmless forms and automatic payment forms are now available at store.rranch.info! You may now simply fill out and submit online for fast and easy updates!

We finished the year capturing over $107,000.00 in back years’ assessments! The budget goal was $75000, so we are pleased with the aggressive progress! We have been able to resolve(settle debt and collect the deed) from 26 shares! We have sent 41 deeds through the attorney to pursue more aggressive results, some of those 26 deeds are a direct result of this effort. As a result, we will continue to send accounts to her as the expense vs. return has proven worthy! We have 5 shares with liens attaching to real property, and two paying $29,000.00 in outstanding balances right now. The liens are great as they will attach for 10 years and be renewable once, these will either settle now or be collectible upon transfer of the property.

We are pleased to share that we have converted 30 banker’s boxes full of old records to electronic format! All owner files are now electronic, eliminating the clutter and the buildup of unnecessary paper usage!

Employee Corner Craig and Staci are from East Glacier Park, MT. We love to travel and are doing so while workamping. We have been enjoying our time at the R-Ranch meeting new people. In our off time we have been able to see new sights and breweries!

Tom recently retired as a maintenance supervisor for the City of Vallejo and brings to the ranch talent and skills to further our continuing efforts to repair and improve the Ranch. Tom has one grown son in the Navy, and another employed with the Fairfield Water Department. Welcome Tom!

Hi! We are Bill and Amy. We are currently living full-time in our RV with our 4 legged children! We are both from the East Coast and are enjoying our time in California at R-Ranch. We have been on the road since 2017 and have enjoyed traveling from the coast to coast.

We have said goodbye to Bobby in maintenance. He is pursuing a truck driving job path at this time. Good luck Bobby! Cathy in the lodge has also moved on; thank you for your contributions while employed with us at the Ranch.

Efrain has also left the ranch, he plans to come back to the area and continue to do his side work and possibly work for a lake resort as he did in the past. Thanks Efrain!
